The Brief

For the Bose event at Central Park, the goal was to translate the global “Sound Is Power” message into a physical experience that visitors could immediately understand and enjoy.

Audio products are best appreciated through listening, movement and personal discovery, so the event needed to do more than display devices. It had to invite people to interact with the products, create energy around the brand and generate meaningful content beyond the event itself.

Studio.byYSR developed the event around immersive product discovery. The creative direction gave sound an active, expressive presence while keeping the environment clean and recognisably Bose.

Every stage of the visitor journey was considered: from first attention and registration to product demonstration, social interaction and content capture. The experience was designed to feel premium but approachable, allowing guests to explore the products naturally rather than moving through a conventional sales presentation.

KOL engagement was integrated into the event plan to extend the campaign’s reach and create authentic moments of people experiencing sound in real time.

The project brought together event management, campaign execution, KOL coordination and photoshoot production. Branded spaces supported product discovery and provided strong backgrounds for guest photography and short-form social content.

The team managed the visual consistency of the event while coordinating the practical details required for a smooth on-site experience. Photo and video coverage captured both the products and the atmosphere, creating content that could continue communicating the campaign after the event ended.

The result was a Bose experiential marketing event that transformed a global message into a memorable local experience: connecting product, people and the emotional power of sound.
